Our threaded drill pipe is made of high strength alloy steel imported from Sweden.
All traces and threads are formed by a high precision CNC machine tool.
Threads are induced by induction quenching, followed by rapid heating and cooling.
Precision temperature control heat treatment equipment ensures the service life of the drill pipe, improves the mechanical properties of the drill pipe, the overall carburizing increases the carbon content of the drill pipe outer layer, hardening the outer steel body.
The solid thread is perfectly fitted to the inner wall of the drill bit, which can complete various roadway driving, underground mining and open pit drilling tasks in rough drilling of complex rocks and terrain with high precision and high efficiency.
Note: We can design and manufacture drift Rod, extension Rod, speed Rod, MF-ROD and so on according to customer's requirements.
